SHIPPING POLICY
New orders placed today will ship quickly in less than 3 business days.
Big Woods Survival offers FREE Shipping on most orders over $50 and Flat rate shipping on other orders at checkout to the 48 contiguous United States.
For Alaska & Hawaii, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. After we ship, expect delivery to your home in about four weeks via USPS. Whenever possible, we will accommodate your request to ship to a P.O. Box. However, we reserve the right to ship oversized or heavy packages to your physical address.
Some orders may be fulfilled from more than one location.
We reserve the right to ship directly from our partners to your address.
On occasion, there may be a slight shipping delay due to a spike in sales, natural disasters, pandemics, national holidays, and emergencies or airport/delivery service shutdowns.
RETURN POLICY
If your item is damaged or defective please contact us at andy@bigwoodssurvival.com to arrange return and refund or replacement.
We extend a 30 day, no-questions-asked return policy on unopened, unused products. Upon receipt of the returned items in their original packaging and condition at the purchaser's expense, Big Woods Survival will credit your original method of payment for the products purchased, less delivery / shipping charges. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or refund.
